does this mean fathers who have been given sole custody of their children are not going to be able raise their children adequately, just because they are a man? whether a man is given sole custody or a homosexual male couple adopts, the child is still going the be solely raised by a man (or men)! so really are people saying a man is not fit to raise a child? this world is a ridiculous place..

edit: the most annoying thing is, is that the person who set off this post, is a foster dad of a little boy. by his logic, men are unfit to care for a child, his little boy should be taken from him if he somehow is no longer married to a woman and given to a woman, most likely his mega bitch foster mum, which i know would kill him. double standards are really getting to me. men are capable of looking after and caring for a child, no matter of their sexual preferences. faaaarrrrk.
